Unidata at the GIS-forum 2017

Unidata took part in the GIS-forum 2017, event for professionals in the field of geoinformatics, information technology, Earth’s remote sensing and BigData. Chief architect of Unidata Alexey Tsyryulnikov spoke at the plenary session with his report “Federal level systems. Managing NSI using the GIS module Unidata”, in which he told in detail about the filling of GIS-systems with information from various sources, synergy, data management system, quality standards, data consolidation and enrichment, so-called “reference information” and much more. Using the example of a federal level system he showed in detail and via examples application of such technologies.

It was very interesting to exchange experience and make acquainted with the colleagues’ reports. The good news is the fact that the event was international: a large number of experts from abroad highlights the high status of the forum. We thank the organizers, the company Sovzond, for the invitation to make a presentation.
