Unidata held a business breakfast for the professional community

On November 28, 2018 Unidata together with Gartner held “Gartner Data & Analytics Summit 2018 in Frankfurt: main trends in the data management market” business breakfast. The event took place in Moscow in the StandArt hotel. The meeting was devoted to an overview of the main global trends in data management.

Unidata CEO Sergey Kuznetsov spoke about the company's participation in the Gartner Data & Analytics Summit 2018 event in Frankfurt and about the reports on current trends in the development of data management products (Data Governance, Enterprise Information Management, etc.) and «digitalization of modern society». Particular emphasis was placed on “data literacy”, “continuous intelligence” as well as issues of proper centralization and decentralization of data. It is worth noting that the most current market trends are reflected in the implementation projects of Unidata and the development vector of the platform itself.

The aspects of the report on the improving intelligence, work with streaming data as well as the maturity of Blockchain-technologies caused an interesting and very serious discussion. In turn, Gartner representative provided his perspective on the main trends of the industry. Summing up the event, the guests of the business breakfast noted that the current trends in the development of technologies in Russia correspond to the areas marked by the Gartner agency in the international market.
